| Beans stall or bridge | Is the feeder disc clean? | Clean the disc; don’t overfill the housing |
| Uneven / inconsistent feed | Disc residue or low bean level | Clean the disc; keep the housing topped up |
| Feeder doesn’t sit level | Right adapter for your grinder? | Re-fit the correct adapter |
| LED shows a fault state | Check the legend for your model | See the manual; power-cycle |

Still stuck?
Section titled “Still stuck?”Contact us with your feeder model, your grinder model, and (if relevant) your firmware version and a photo or short video of the issue. That’s the fastest path to a fix.
