Make it a fast fix
Section titled “Make it a fast fix”For a technical or fitment issue, please include:
- Your feeder model — Pro V1, Pro V2, Ultra, or Metal (not sure?)
- Your grinder model — e.g. DF64, Eureka Mignon, EK43
- A photo of the feeder on your grinder, and a short video if the feed is misbehaving
- What you’ve already tried
That’s usually enough for us to pinpoint the problem on the first reply.

Orders, shipping & returns

Warranty
Section titled “Warranty”Manufacturing defects are covered for 12–24 months from delivery, depending on your country. We may ask for photos or a short video to diagnose the issue and send the right replacement part.
